The authors of the Tales Public! Project, through this manifesto, want to share their beliefs with the world (and could not be otherwise!).

We firmly believe that all knowledge should be proclaimed heritage of the humanity and as such free, unrestricted and free access to all human beings without any discrimination between them.

We believe that all humanity forms a single family around this planet – a pale blue dot floating wandering the cosmic vastness.

Rather than dedicate all available resources on Earth to create and maintain artificial divisions on our planet, irrationally separating us from each other ... rather than fight against each other ... instead of exploring each other. .. Instead of taking another, be either unknown or different, as our potential opponent ... We should act collaboratively with global goals (instead of “parochial” ones). We should abandon the old competitive way, discriminatory and mean to act.

We should extend the concept of “private property” to “global property”, “property of the humanity”, “property of all”. We should learn to think and act “globally” – because we are indeed all interconnected – and not individually, as if we were all separated from each other. One should say “your problems ARE my problems, and OUR problem IS the problem of humanity.”

We should recognize the old monetary system as absurd and demeaning for the good and the progress of the humanity. Should we turn that thing we call money – which cast down completely and insanely our lives – to what it really is – a huge lot of colorful pieces of paper.

Instead of creating artificial and unnecessary troubles for ourselves, we should act as a single cohesive body, considering all the people as ourselves extensions, working together for the good of all, and thus much more effectively would act to overall progress of the humanity, and this way we’ll certainly fill our lives with a real will to exist and live and – why not? – a true happiness.

Os autores do Projeto Tales Compartilha! querem aqui compartilhar (e não poderia ser diferente!) suas crenças com o mundo.

Nós acreditamos firmemente que todo conhecimento deveria ser proclamado patrimônio da humanidade e, como tal, de livre, irrestrito e gratuito acesso a todos os seres humanos, sem qualquer discriminação entre os mesmos.

Nós acreditamos que toda a humanidade forma uma só família ao redor deste planeta – pálido ponto azul a flutuar errante pela vastidão cósmica.

Em vez de empregarmos todos os recursos disponíveis na Terra para criar e manter as divisões artificiais em nosso planeta, nos separando irracionalmente uns dos outros... Em vez de lutarmos uns contra os outros... Em vez de nos explorarmos uns aos outros... Em vez de tomarmos o outro, desconhecido ou diferente, como nosso potencial oponente... Deveríamos agir de forma colaborativa, com objetivos globais (e não “bairristas”). Deveríamos abandonar a velha maneira competitiva, discriminatória e mesquinha de agir.

Deveríamos estender o conceito de “propriedade privada” para “propriedade global”, “da humanidade”, de todos. Deveríamos aprender a pensar e agir “globalmente” – porque estamos de fato todos interligados – e não individualmente, como se estivéssemos todos separados uns dos outros. Deveríamos dizer “teus problemas SÃO meus problemas, e o NOSSO problema É o problema da humanidade”.

Deveríamos reconhecer o velho sistema monetário como algo absurdo e aviltante para o bem e o progresso da humanidade. Deveríamos transformar aquilo a que chamamos de dinheiro – ao qual subjugamos total e insanamente nossas vidas – naquilo que ele de fato é – um imenso monte de pedaços de papel colorido.

Ao invés de criarmos problemas artificiais e desnecessários para nós mesmos, nós deveríamos agir como um organismo único e coeso, considerando todas as pessoas como extensões de nós mesmos, trabalhando todos juntos para o bem de todos, e desta forma agiríamos muito mais eficazmente para o progresso global da humanidade, assim como certamente preencheríamos nossas vidas com uma verdadeira vontade de existir e de viver e – porque não? – uma felicidade verdadeira.

Welcome to Tales Public!

This project consists basically in the organization, provision and maintenance of public folders in personal sites/blogs ceded by the authors of the project, containing files of various formats, to free and unlimited access and download. The Tales Public! (or simply TP) only will store and/or distribute public domain files or expressly granted by its author(s) at no charge to users of the Tales Public! Project.

The main guidelines for this project are:

i. culture and knowledge sharing (specially literature, philosofical, scientifical and technological knowledge);

ii. share the idea of sharing knowledge public contents or public data folders from owners that somehow can/ want to do positive/beneficial-like contributions to the enrichment of the global culture;

iii. dissemination of personal initiatives, like this project, to take a portion (albeit minimal, if desired) of the own space in its private storage clouds, and make it publicly accessible.

These intentions are based on the firm belief of the authors of this project, that all knowledge should be proclaimed world heritage and, as such, of free and unrestricted access to all human beings, without any discrimination.¹

We believe that all the humanity is but one family around this lonely planet – a pale blue dot erratically floating on the cosmic vastness.

Este projeto consiste basicamente na organização, disponibilização e manutenção de pastas públicas em sites/blogs particulares cedidos pelos autores do projeto, contendo arquivos de vários formatos, para acesso e download público gratuito e ilimitado. O Tales Public (ou simplesmente TP) só armazenará e/ou distribuirá arquivos de domínio público ou expressamente cedidos por seu(s) autor(es), sem nenhum ônus para os internautas do Tales Public.

As principais intenções do projeto são:

i. difusão de cultura e conhecimento (em especial literatura, conhecimento filosófico, científico e tecnológico);

ii. difusão da ideia de compartilhamento público de conteúdos de conhecimento e/ou arquivos particulares que possam de alguma maneira contribuir benéfica/positiva/construtivamente para o enriquecimento da cultura global e/ou sejam consoantes ao bem-estar e evolução cultural da humanidade;

iii. difusão da iniciativa pessoal, a exemplo deste projeto, de tomar uma parcela do próprio espaço (ainda que mínima, se assim se desejar) particular de armazenamento em nuvens, e torná-lo de acesso público.

Estas intenções são pautadas na firme crença dos autores deste projeto, de que todo conhecimento deveria ser proclamado patrimônio da humanidade e, como tal, de livre, irrestrito e gratuito acesso a todos os seres humanos, sem qualquer discriminação dos mesmos.¹
